2018 BELGIAN WARMBLOOD COLT
NEW YORK BC X NARCOS II
Bred for the top of the showjumping sport.
$13,500
A grandson of the great SAPPHIRE (McLain Ward), his sire is a super-careful and
talented jumper, his dam was successful in the YJC AND his 8 year-old half-brother (same
dam) is showing Grand Prix!: SATURN V CSF is bred for the top of the showjumping
sport. Would be a great ride for a professional to develop or an ambitious amateur.
Should be a great A/O horse, at least.
Expected height at maturity: 16.2-17.0h
SATURN V CSF, is a kind, curious, brave and sensible bay colt with the kindest, large eye. He is very athletic in the field with plenty of “blood”. His gaits are elastic with good amount of overstep; this should indicate great scope over fences. He has a natural talent for collection, balance and self-carriage; he is light on his feet and has clean lead changes; all these are evident in his video. He has great freedom through the shoulder and an active hindleg. In the jump chute portion of his video, you can see how well he opens up his hind end over the jump; this is very important in ease of training for clear jumper rounds. He has a natural interest in the jump chute and was very willing to go through, not stepping on a pole. In the field, he is the first to come greet visitors; so sweet!
